Today we have received the visit of an American girl: Lauren Denslow. She is from Seattle, Washington, in the northwest of the USA. She is going to stay in Coruña for a whole year because she is the conversation auxiliary in Salvador de Madariaga Secondary School. She talked to us about the autumn and about the two most famous festivals in this time of the year: Halloween and Thankgiving Day. We all had a great time: we learned new words, we said three magic spells, we peeled an apple to guess the name of our true love, we learned some traditions but, above all, we enjoyed her visit a lot. Thank you for your kindness, Lauren! And come again another day, please!
